A boutique property management website built to connect desert travelers directly with curated short-term rental experiences.

Billy and Shea came to me with a clear vision — a hospitality brand that felt warm, personal, and polished, reflecting their decades of combined experience in marketing and their deep love for the Coachella Valley. Working closely together throughout the process, we built a platform that goes beyond a standard property listing site, serving as a direct booking alternative to Airbnb and a home base for their boutique co-hosting and consulting services.
A core goal for the site was giving guests and property owners a dedicated channel outside of third-party platforms. The site features a streamlined contact and inquiry form, real-time property availability with synchronized calendars, and a properties section designed for browsing and booking directly — giving both guests and owners a more personal, cost-effective experience.
Billy and Shea are creatives first, and the site needed to reflect that. The design balances desert-inspired warmth with clean, editorial sensibility — using intentional typography, spacious layouts, and photography-forward sections to let the properties and the Coachella Valley speak for themselves. The result is a site that feels like the brand: curated, confident, and approachable.
The collaboration didn't end at launch. As OneEleven grew — adding properties, expanding services, and gathering client testimonials — the site grew with them. Working closely with Billy and Shea, we continuously iterated on the site's content structure and functionality to support their evolving business model, including tiered service packages, a growing property portfolio, and a robust testimonials section that reinforces their reputation for exceptional service.
The site positions OneEleven as a credible, professional alternative to large listing platforms, helping them attract quality property owners and guests alike. Its direct booking infrastructure reduces reliance on third-party fees while strengthening the brand's identity in a competitive short-term rental market.
